Seven of us from CSR got a 3 hour “private” tour into the Toyota Camry Engine Plant and Maintenance Workshop, Critical Spares, production Team Cells, and a detailed look at their 4S + 1 program. Hosted by Maintenance Manager Stewart Gray & Divisional Manager Operations, Doug Rickerby.
Their Engine block & Head casting plant used to be a dusty, dirty and oily ” area and they showed us the 5S journey they had made. Their two guys visited Monier Springvale last week and said that even in these sort of high challenge areas you can drive amazing change.
I was blown away. It was brilliant!! A good day. Gyprock Yarraville, Monier Springvale and Viridian Clayton represented CSR.

2. Problem analysis report
3. Long Stop Report
4. Outstanding follow up actions sheet
5. 4S+1 auditing sheet
6. Area Board Top 5 Issues (this was great)
7. Reject Table ( a good idea I would like to implement)
