Session 1: It All Makes Sense Now!

∙ Understand the maturity progression of Lean Leaders.
∙ Expose why the change of leadership behaviours has been so difficult.

Session 2: Taking Control of Your Week
∙ Introduce the skills and techniques required to lead your team.

Session 3: The Power of Sight
∙ Setting up an environment of employee engagement with mutual trust and respect.
∙ Establishing the essential routines and behaviours to lead your team.

∙ Following through with the required behavioural changes for team leadership.
