Session 2: Tuesday 3 June 2025 – “Project Scope & Stakeholders” – Defining project scope, stakeholder engagement, risk management, responsible matrix.
Session 3: Tuesday 10 June 2025 – “Planning & Executing” – Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, critical path, parallel tasks.
Session 4: Tuesday 1 July 2025 – “Monitoring & Controlling Project Closure / Report Out” – Visual management, status reports, plan vs. actual.
Session 5: Tuesday 8 July 2025 – “Program Review / Key Takeaways / Next Steps” – Role of project manager, making it flow, key takeaways.
