“Post-training, I am definitely using the course content in everyday life, particularly in my university course. I have learned to slow down and diagnose a problem before jumping to a solution. The training provided tools and techniques such as the PDCA cycle and the fishbone diagram. As my career progresses, I will use the leading techniques the course provided, such as reducing influence bias in problem-solving and creating an environment where problem-solving is encouraged. All in all, the training taught me valuable lessons regarding problem-solving and leading a team to problem solve.”
