Cochlear is the global leader in implantable hearing solutions having helped over 700 000 people hear. Our story started more than four decades ago when Professor Graeme Clark pioneered the world’s first multi-channel cochlear implant and created an entirely new treatment for hearing loss. Today, we continue Professor Clark’s work to help people with moderate to profound hearing loss experience a life full of hearing.
We are currently focussed on Unplanned Leave reduction and we are looking at setting ourselves targets. I would like to hear from the Best Practice Network Members around what targets or caps (e.g. “no greater than”) they have set.
What are your targeted caps for unplanned personal, unplanned annual (leave without pay), and personal leave?
