ERP System Integration – October 2019

Dear members

Tidd Ross Todd is a large NZ owned family business built on a rich history of innovation. We operate across multiple sites in NZ and Australia with about 250 staff.

Our business covers distribution of truck and trailer parts, crane sales and servicing, truck and trailer servicing & repairs. We manufacture multi-axle specialist trailers, and have recently released the innovative Tidd 28 – an all terrain crane featuring SlewSafe which prevents crane rollover. Many of our manufactured cranes and trailers are sold into Australia.

We will be replacing our ERP system in early 2020. We have formed our project team, mapped our business processes, finalised the scope, and will shortly be going to ERP providers to seek expressions of interest. One of the mandatory requirements is that it must integrate with our SOLIDWORKS package.

We are interested to hear from companies within the Network, that would be willing to share their experiences (both good and bad):
– if you have recently introduced an ERP package into a medium sized business, or
– if you have an ERP system that integrates with SOLIDWORKS.

Please contact me via email [email protected] or phone, if you are happy to share your experiences. We would be very grateful to learn from you.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Lawrence Baker
