Just a note of sincere appreciation regarding accommodating our wish to benchmark other companies around their safety efforts.
Your contact at BlueScope was very helpful in demonstrating their progress to a representation of members from our Safety Committee. As well as a site tour we were introduced to their safety initiatives and safety culture which provided us with much to take back and look at implementing into our own organisation.
I am looking at seeking more organisations to benchmark, with a particular interest on those with a strong emphasis on visual safety information displayed in the actual workplace.
If any Best Practice Network members can help – this would be appreciated – happy to share our learnings as well.
