Member Request: PG Delights, “New Product Development process”

Dear Members,

Priestley’s Gourmet Delights is a delicious “hidden gem” within the food manufacturing industry. Priestley’s Gourmet Delights manufactures and supplies frozen cakes and desserts via foodservice distributors across all of Australia and New Zealand.

The business has a strong focus on innovation and new product development. Our Gating Process is mature and has grown beyond the current project management tools currently being utilised.

PG Delights is seeking assistance from within the Best Practice Network and would like to make contact with the Project Managers responsible for leading and coordinating the New Product Development (NPD) process. Ideally we would like to hear from those who would be willing to share their knowledge on software systems utilised to manage project tasks and timelines.
