BlueScope Steel in Hastings is supporting an operator initiative to use video as a form of instruction.
The goals are to:
– identify waste
– reduce variation
– improve standardised training.
We would love to know:
What software have you used?
How successful was the training?
Was it effective as a standardisation tool?
If you have experience using video for spaghetti mapping, understanding waste, quick changeover or other applications, that may also be useful for the Bluescope team, your assistance and advice would be greatly appreciated.
