Lead Best Practice Network Victoria

Are you ready to take charge of your own business, connect with industry leaders, and make a lasting impact on Australia’s manufacturing community?
Best Practice Network is seeking a Victorian Facilitator to lead and grow our dynamic member network — helping organisations share, learn, and achieve operational excellence together.

Best Practice Network is a membership-based organisation connecting manufacturing and distribution businesses across Australia and New Zealand. With over 90 member companies and 500+ operational sites, our network includes leading names such as DuluxGroup, Coca-Cola, BHP, and Bluescope.

Our members gain access to:

  • Targeted site visits to learn from peers
  • Frontline leadership programs throughout the year
  • Regular online forums on key operational topics
  • Networking and collaboration opportunities across industries

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has 10+ years in senior roles within Australian industry
  • Understands manufacturing, ideally with exposure to Lean, CI, Safety, and Quality principles
  • Possesses strong networking and empathetic communication skills
  • Brings mature sales acumen and the ability to build lasting partnerships
  • Is based in or near Melbourne for easy access to member sites
