Best Practice Network is a membership-based organisation connecting manufacturing and distribution businesses across Australia and New Zealand. With over 90 member companies and 500+ operational sites, our network includes leading names such as DuluxGroup, Coca-Cola, BHP, and Bluescope.

We’re looking for a motivated leader who is ready to own and operate the Victorian Best Practice Network licence — running it as your own business with full support from our national team.
This is an opportunity to:

You’ll take over a well-established business with 4+ years of history, complete with a MacBook Pro, existing member relationships, and hands-on training and mentoring from the current facilitator, fellow regional facilitators, and our CEO.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has 10+ years in senior roles within Australian industry
- Understands manufacturing, ideally with exposure to Lean, CI, Safety, and Quality principles
- Possesses strong networking and empathetic communication skills
- Brings mature sales acumen and the ability to build lasting partnerships
- Is based in or near Melbourne for easy access to member sites
Key Details
- Location: Victoria (Melbourne preferred)
- Agreement Term: 3 years + 3-year renewal option
- Training: Full induction and ongoing support provided
- Business Established: 10 years
- Current Facilitator: Retiring end of 2025
