Welcome Craig Mathie as the New Queensland Facilitator

Best Practice Network is pleased to welcome Craig Mathie to the team as the new Queensland Facilitator.

Craig brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across Australia’s manufacturing and supply chain sectors. His deep well of practical knowledge, strategic insight, and grounded, real-world approach aligns strongly with the needs of Network members.

In recent years, Craig has worked closely with manufacturing start-ups and turnaround projects, partnering with founders to lift operational performance and drive effective execution. His experience supporting transformation at all levels positions him well to add immediate value to the Queensland network.

Craig has recently been out on the road with both Peter Davidson and Andrew Gill, connecting with members across the region and gaining firsthand insight into the incredible work underway in Queensland.

Craig will also facilitate his very first Network event at Lite n’ Easy in Banyo this week, leading a fully booked session on “Lean Metrics to Improve Your Lean Journey.” It promises to be a fantastic start to this next chapter.

“Transitioning from semi-retirement, this opportunity promises to deliver significant value to members. I’m excited to unlock the full potential and benefits for all involved.” – Craig Mathie

Please join in extending a warm welcome to Craig. There’s much to look forward to as he steps into this role.
