This series of six online sessions will take you through an eight- step problem solving methodology – but with a focus on equipping you to be a more effective leader and coach of problem solving in your organisation.
To get the most value, you will need to commit to attend each session, and to select a real life problem that improves your KPIs.
Your local Best Practice Network Facilitator will also work with you between each session to provide support and coaching.
