Talking Leadership Founder
Eric is currently the CEO of the Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors. He holds Bachelor degrees in commerce and behavioural science and a Masters of Business by Research. More recently, he successfully completed his research thesis and was awarded a Doctoral qualification from the University of Southern Queensland. The focus of the thesis was leader capability development across the Australian agriculture and fisheries sectors.
He founded, produces, and hosts multiple podcasts under the Talking Leadership Network banner. His audio podcasts have generated over 220 conversations on the leadership topic. Kevin Bennett
With over 30 years of international industry experience, Kevin has implemented a number of Operational and Business Excellence programs across many sectors. Kevin has a Masters in Quality and Environmental Management, a Graduate Certificate in Operational Excellence, is a Certified Net Promoter Score (NPS) Facilitator and an Accredited Lead Auditor for ISO9001. Recently Kevin has worked with organisations such as Bulla Dairy Foods, GSK, MYSALE, Dematic, Southern Grampians Shire Council, Cabrini and Sunraysia TAFE. He is also a judge for the Southern Grampians Shire and Sunshine Coast Business Awards.
Kevin is passionate about bringing together people and processes to grow and build capability and to deliver excellence in Customer Service and Process performance.
